Theory Training
The trainer would help the one training through a review of the theory training making use of numerous visual aids. The one training will work out of a manual which covers all the necessary regulations. Other topics like for example safe operating measures, different equipment kinds in addition to various sizes and associated applications, pre-use checks and general work place safety are explored individually.
Theory Evaluation
The Theory Evaluation starts with a written test based upon the concepts included in the operator's reference handbook. These graded are graded and returned to the trainees. Then the tests are reviewed to guarantee understanding and a score of at least 70% is required so as to pass this part of the training.
Practical Training
The hands-on part of the course is included in the practical training. Here, trainees are shown the safe operating procedures, the parking and shutdown procedures and the pre-use check procedures. Every trainee has the chance to operate the machinery and practice the skills they learned throughout Theory Training under the helpful eye of the course trainer in a setting which is safety controlled.
Practical Evaluation
The assessment of the practical part is where the one training is assessed as to whether they have the minimum level of skill. Trainees are individually tested on their skills using the machinery in a somewhat difficult course environment. When the assessment is finished, the ones training are de-briefed and given the chance to address whichever problems they may have regarding any portion of the course. Each successful trainee's employer would be sent the official records and documents soon after the program has been completed.
